Science says that this 18-year-old woman is the closet thing to perfection on the planet!  Florence Colgate comes from a quaint seaside British town and works at a small fish bar two days a week, however this natural beauty queen was recently awarded the title of World’s Most Beautiful Woman. Her face is just about one hundred percent symmetrical! According to studies,  the ideal face is comprised  of about 46% of the width of the face from ear to ear and this  blonde haired, blue-eyed  gal measures at 44%. The distance between the eyes and the mouth should be approximately a third of the length of the face and Florence’s is an incredibly close 32.8 percent!
